Tread

It begins with a dot, a small point of attention. From there, more appear, collected, not ordered. Where gathering takes place, chaos appears sooner or later. Lines become visible, tentatively at first: a thread between two points. Not an explanation, but a direction.
Connection emerges without the promise of coherence. It holds on and lets go at the same time. Natural fragments are absorbed; ideas can arise and begin to grow. Embroidery appears, at first restless, searching. Patterns are cut through and opened up.
A thread is interrupted in order to reconnect.

Stitches deviate from their support and leave the pattern. The thread does not fully follow the hand that guides it. It gets lost, loses its way, and returns, not to the beginning, but to another point from which it can continue.
Everything is lifted without detaching from what carries it.

The needle remains visible, not as a tool, but as a tribute to the act. Beads move through space, detached from a fixed surface. Connections grow more complex. Dots form networks. Threads carry tension, transmission.

Movement emerges. Some connections are hesitant, others almost dancing, curious about what they will encounter. Some structures seek harmony; others refuse it. There is no conclusion, only a call for attention. And within that attention, it continues to move.
